Our Mission 🦋 Knowledge Is Power!🦋
We campaign for menopause awareness across all genders and communities to help prevent the negative impacts of menopause.
We help people, organisations and health care providers understand the mental and physical health changes that occur during perimenopause and post menopause, and the holistic options available to manage those.
We signpost to appropriate service and evidence-based resources.
