Our Mission 🦋 Knowledge Is Power!🦋
We campaign for menopause awareness across all genders and communities to help prevent the negative impacts of menopause.
We help people, organisations and health care providers understand the mental and physical health changes that occur during perimenopause and post menopause, and the holistic options available to manage those.
We signpost to appropriate service and evidence-based resources.

Aline believes that wellbeing in menopause starts with a holistic approach, encompassing cognitive, mental, and physical health, and recognising that every menopause journey is as unique as an individual’s life path. At the heart of Menopause Knowledge CIC is the mission to empower people with the knowledge they need to thrive.
